Air Force bog fee: $7,704

MASHPEE - The Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence wants to 
give the town's conservation commission what it believes would have been 
the profit on the harvest from two cranberry bogs last year: $7,704.22.

But the board of selectmen has to sign off on the deal, and last night 
decided to hold off until some details are final.

"I think there's too many questions to take action tonight," Selectman 
Theresa Cook said.

The town's conservation agent supports the deal, and tried to persuade 
the selectmen to sign on.
