Firm to plan use with Navy gone
Company experienced in BRAC

A New Hampshire-based firm was chosen Thursday to create a redevelopment 
plan for 155 surplus acres at Naval Station Ingleside and submit it to 
the federal government.

The company also will create a homeless assistance submission for the 
federal government, to assess the needs of the homeless in the Ingleside 
area.

Members of the Ingleside Local Redevelopment Authority -- an 
eight-member group charged with planning the redevelopment of the 155 
acres, known as the base's Electromagnetic Roll Facility -- voted 
unanimously to hire RKG Associates Inc.
