Looking to own an aircraft factory? The federal government has a deal for you.

Mountain Creek Industrial Center in Grand Prairie has been declared as excess property, and Uncle Sam wants to sell. It's a 425-acre commercial and industrial development that's home to Vought Aircraft Industries.

The center has two parcels: 315 acres, where Vought makes large aircraft components, and, to the south, Cottonwood Bay, a 79-acre body of water surrounded by 31 undeveloped acres. To the east of Cottonwood Bay is the former Dallas Naval Air Station, now Hensley Field.

The entire property, 9314 W. Jefferson Blvd., will be sold at auction, according the General Services Administration's website.
