Colliers International, on behalf of the U.S. Department of the Navy, is 
pleased to formally announce the sale of the Electromagnetic Reduction 
(EMR) Facility at the former Naval Station Ingleside (NSI), Ingleside, 
TX. Branded as the "Ingleside Industrial Marine Complex," the Property 
will be sold via public online auction, commencing in October 2010.

LOCATION

The Ingleside Industrial Marine Complex, located approximately 18 miles 
northeast of Corpus Christi, consists of approximately 155 acres, 
including 105 acres of submerged land, 46 acres of upland area, and a 
4-acre easement and right-of-way to Highway FM1069. The Property is 
located in an area of Ingleside that is characterized by a mixture of 
land uses including industrial, commercial and low-density residential. 
The abutting properties are industrial in nature and include the 
400+-acre Kiewit Offshore Services, Inc. marine fabrication facility to 
the north and west. Across the Jewell Fulton canal are a variety of 
marine-related industrial and commercial uses, including the site of a 
$20 million wind turbine and blade testing facility to be operated by a 
consortium of educational institutions, led by the University of Houston.

The Invitation for Bid is scheduled to be available in September 2010.
