On April 7, 2011 the Defense Department submitted comments to U.S.  
EPA opposing and commenting on its proposal to add a  Vapor Intrusion  
Component to the Hazard Ranking System for evaluating sites for  
inclusion on the "Superfund" National Priorities list. To download
