Strange aircraft near Edgemont Hot Springs Star (SD) May 24, 2011 PROVO - Up in the sky; what is that thing?An odd looking contraption was flying patterns over the old Black Hills Army Depot site south and west of Provo last week, according to an announcement from the Army Corps of Engineers.
