Lincoln Laboratory study shows a proposed SunZia transmission line would be harmful to the missions of White Sands Missile Range and Holloman Air Force Base. The study, released Monday, "well validated" the concerns of the Department of Defense, Pearce said Tuesday. Pearce said when he was elected to his second term, representatives of SunZia met with him to discuss the company's plan to run the line north of Corona, west and then down through the southern part of New Mexico and west again through Arizona to the West Coast. ...
