Citizens demand inclusion in disposal decision by Vickie Welborn Shreveport Times (LA) January 26, 2015 Citizens opposed to an open burn of 15 million pounds of M6 at Camp Minden demand to be part of the disposal decision. In a stinging letter released Monday, they pointed out missteps by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s in not following its own guidelines and even disclosed conflict within the agency on how to properly get rid of the propellant.
