Navy completes contaminated soil cleanup at Radford Track Military, DOE now focus on low level of soil contamination at Makalapa Elementary KITV-TV News (Honolulu, HI) June 24, 2015 Foster Village resident Hilary Rasquero used to run track at Radford High School and remembers hearing stories about the field being built on an old military dump. She wasn't surprised when she initially heard it had to be cleaned up. Click here to watch the video report. "It's sad and devastating, but its something that it should have been brought up a long time ago. My main concern is the effects it could have on the children," said Rasquero.
