Federal agency to address Portsmouth water contamination By Jeff McMenemy Seacoast Online (NH) February 15. 2016 1:02PM PORTSMOUTH - The City Council will hold a workshop meeting to talk about a federal agency’s plan to create a Community Advisory Panel to help address concerns about a contaminated city-owned well. The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry will meet with City Council Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. to “present its mission and structure” and discuss the CAP, City Manager John Bohenko said.
