Stamas, DHD2 visit residents with polluted drinking water wells Iosco County News Herald (MI) July 12, 2017 OSCODA – State Sen. Jim Stamas of the 36th District joined public health officials, area residents and local leaders to discuss the ongoing issue of groundwater contamination stemming from the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base (WAFB) in Oscoda on Friday, July 7.
