Salina city, school, airport boards meet on Schilling issue By Charles Rankin Salina Journal (KS) January 29, 2020 Officials from four governmental and educational organizations met behind closed doors in executive session Wednesday afternoon to discuss the Schilling environmental issue with lawyers. The meeting at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Room 202 of Tony’s Pizza Events Center involved a joint session of the City of Salina Board of Commissioners, USD 305 Board of Education, Salina Airport Authority Board of Directors and representatives from Kansas State University.
