- Innovative Technology Transfer Approaches
BAA and FEDERAL ORGANIZATIONS OUTSIDE DOD: The Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) and Call for Proposals for Federal Organizations Outside DoD request pre-proposals responding to the following topics only:
