Suffolk County Water Authority to Navy: We’re ‘ready, willing and able’ to serve homes south of former Grumman site affected by contamination By Denise Civiletti Riverhead Local (NY) January 12, 2021 The Suffolk County Water Authority has notified the U.S. Navy that it stands “ready, willing and able” to provide water to 128 homes in the Calverton and Manorville communities whose private wells are threatened by PFAS contamination.
