First, Mr. Patrick Wolff (USACE ERDC CERL) will discuss a subsurface passive acoustic monitoring tool for documenting the occurrence and abundance of at-risk underwater-calling frogs. Then, Dr. J.D. Willson (University of Arkansas) and Dr. Brett DeGregorio (U.S. Geological Survey) will talk about a simulation-based method for estimating the density and abundance of secretive snakes.
