[CPEO-MEF] SOIL test method/lab for total DNT (dinitrotoluene)?

We are looking for any information on a SOIL test method and/or lab for the four “minor” DNT isomers (2,3-DNT, 3,4-DNT, 3,5-DNT and 2,5-DNT) – either individually or total.

A soil test method for “total” DNT (dinitrotoluene) is acceptable as the Wisconsin State Groundwater Enforcement Standard is for the summed total concentration of all six DNT isomers (50 ppt).
