Seeno Companies poised to become Concord Naval Weapons Station’s new master developer Developer has history of litigation involving project By SHOMIK MUKHERJEE Bay Area news Group August 25, 2021 CONCORD — In a split vote, the City Council on Saturday gave a group of developers that includes the controversial Seeno Companies an exclusive shot to possibly oversee one of the most ambitious housing developments in East Bay history. The council voted 3-2 to enter an exclusive negotiating agreement with Seeno Companies, Discovery Builders Inc., Lewis Group of Companies and California Capital Investment Group that could result in the team becoming the master developer of the Concord Naval Weapons Station.
