Date: November 18, 2021 at 11:10:19 AM PST

POSTERS ARE NOW AVAILABLE TO VIEW

The Symposium virtual environment is now live! This is where you can access all posters and join virtual sessions during the Symposium.
After registering, log in to view all submitted posters and join virtual sessions during the Symposium.

Click here to access the virtual environment.

You will be prompted to enter the name and email used to register. Then, a verification code will be sent to the cell phone number and email address provided at registration. This code is valid for 24-hours to access the virtual environment. Be sure to check your junk folder.

We recommend testing your access and familiarizing yourself with the virtual environment before joining sessions next week.

Upon login, please make sure that your profile is set to public to allow other attendees to contact you in the virtual environment. Attendees can use the messaging feature to contact other attendees about posters or other topics. This feature can be found under Community, then Attendees. If you would like to add general or contact information to your profile, please log into the virtual environment to do so.

If you have any issues, please contact us at symposium@noblis.org. For more information about the Symposium, you can also visit the Symposium website.

Browse Posters
There are over 400 technical posters for attendees to view. To browse submitted posters in the virtual environment; log in, navigate to the More tab, then to the Posters page. There, you will find a link to the poster portal with all submitted posters. Posters are organized by Program Area. The specific poster topics are listed under each Program Area.

Since most posters will not be presented during sessions this year, please view the posters and use the messaging feature to contact presenters with any specific questions.

Joining Virtual Sessions
During the Symposium, you will join sessions by going to All Sessions and selecting the session you would like to attend. Five minutes before the session begins, you will see a Join Now button appear. Click that button to join the meeting. If you miss a session, the recording will be available for playback within that session a few hours after its conclusion.
