Huge Oakland port development project lands logistics tenant Major West Coast logistics firm leases new landmark building at Port of Oakland By GEORGE AVALOS Bay Area News Group (CA) March 30, 2022 OAKLAND — A West Coast logistics giant has leased a huge warehouse complex at the Port of Oakland, a deal that marks a successful first phase of the redevelopment of the long-defunct Oakland Army Base site. PCC Logistics has leased a building that totals 460,800 square feet, the project’s developer, CenterPoint Properties, said Tuesday.
