[CPEO-MEF] Bounced messages and disabled subscriptions

We are having a recurring problem. Gmail and ATT affiliates are sometimes bouncing messages from our lists, causing our Mailman software to disable the subscriptions of addressees.

We routinely re-enable the subscriptions, but you might be able to prevent this from happening in the future by adding military@lists.cpeo.org to your address book/contacts/list of designated senders.
