ESTCP FY 2026 Solicitation

Released January 7, 2025

The Department of Defense’s (DoD) Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is seeking proposals for demonstrations of innovative environmental and installation energy technologies for funding beginning in Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. Projects will be selected through a competitive process.

All pre-proposals must respond to a Topic Area associated with the solicitation.Pre-proposal instructions and details about the specific Topic Areas are available at https://serdp-estcp.mil/workwithus.

ESTCP supports the rigorous evaluation and formal demonstration of technologies that address priority DoD installation strategic objectives. The goal of ESTCP is to promote the transfer of innovative technologies through demonstrations that collect the data needed for regulatory and DoD end-user acceptance. Projects conduct demonstrations at DoD facilities and sites in operational settings to improve efficiency, enhance resilience, and promote cost savings.
