Over 20 years ago, at a community meeting, I spoke out saying the Army needed to test groundwater and determine groundwater flow patterns. The Lt. Colonel’s response was that “Janice just likes to scare people.” Camp neighbors didn’t want their water tested - might lower property values. Glad something is finally being done!!!!!
