CCLR 2nd Annual Request for Proposals (RFP)

        The California Center for Land Recycling (CCLR or "see-clear")      
            Announces its Second Annual Request for Proposals (RFP) 
     
     CCLR seeks land-recycling projects throughout California to assist as 
     facilitator and problem-solving advocate. Redevelopment agencies, 
     local governments, community development corporations, private 
     (nonprofit and for-profit) developers and local community based 
     organizations are eligible to apply. 
     
     Application due dates are:
     April 20, 1998
     September 1, 1998
     January 15, 1999
