Proposal Guidelines for Brownfields Training, Research, and Technical
Assistance Grants and Cooperative Agreements

This is a revised announcement of a funding opportunity for Brownfields
Training, Research, and Technical Assistance under Sec. 104(k)(6) of the
Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act. These
guidelines provide eligible applicants an opportunity to apply for federal
funding for brownfields-related training, research or technical assistance.
Deadline for applications is May 1, 2005.

Previously on September 15, 2004, EPA issued an initial funding
announcement. After reviewing proposals submitted in response to the initial
announcement, the Agency decided not to fund any proposals.
