Our CPEO/PSC fund-raising
appear was successful. We raised enough in donations to almost cover our rent for
six months. Now we are asking for help again. Center for Public Environmental
Oversight, and its parent non-profit organization, the Pacific Studies Center,
are still largely dependent upon tax-deductible contributions to help cover our
rent and other overhead – about $1800 per month. Such funding allows us to
maintain our research library and operate several discussion lists and
newsgroups. Can you help? Donations are
tax-deductible, and they may be made by check or on line. See http://www.cpeo.org/donate.html. Unlike other organizations that
clog our inboxes, repeatedly asking for money to meet arbitrary goals by
arbitrary deadlines, PSC sends out no more than two fund appeals twice a year.
If you’re on more than one of our lists, you’ll get a maximum of two per list.
I’m sorry about the redundancy, but we don’t have an easy way to compare our
lists. Lenny
