A slight change: After the Senate-House Conference Committee recommended lowering the FY1996 Defense Environmental Restoration Account to $1,422 Million, it found that it had to cut several hundred million more from the bill. It took a percentage out of the amounts for several programs, including DERA. The final amount in the bill is $1,411 Million. It has not yet passed. | |
