The Federal Facilities Enviro Diologue Committee looked at a"national
RAB," the "NABER" ("National Advisory Board on Enviro Restoration"). I
think the feds were not in favor of such a critter. That's all I kow about
that. It would be a good idea. It is too bad that the DERTF did not serve
as a national RAB-type organization...."We must hang together or
