Aimee, With regards to airspace & military use... I have complained for years about our local Long Beach Airport. On occasion, the local Boeing (airplane manufacturer) plant tests it military craft when ever it pleases. The city has a noise curfew which is frequently violated - they are exempt if it is a military craft.
