But, when you read the attached accounting from back in 1998, that is precisely what the SAB panel concluded -rubberstamping the continued usage of the EPA FInished Drinking Water 900 Methods, never meant all agencies told us, for untreated toxic dump waste water!

This letter was sent to then National EPA Ombudsman, Robert Martin, who was later embroiled, midstream with investigating the radiation scandal at Uniontown IEL - when Martin and his assistant, Hugh Kaufman had their files confiscated, including IELs', and sent over to the EPA IG Tinsley's Office. Reportedly, Martin was stripped of all his independent investigatory powers to investigate potentially wrong doing AT USEPA... .
