Subject: | More info on WY Brownfields Bill |
A little leprachaun told me where the pot of gold was and as a bonus gave me the web address of the Wyoming Brownfields bill ;-) Seriously, I spent at least a half an hour trying to find it on the web. Luckily an alert newsgroup subscriber forwarded it to me. I believe the bill is an amendment to an existing bill. This bill explains/defines corrective action requirements, environmental quality, reuse of lands, and mentions something on institutional controls. Its four pages. I don't have time right now to read through at post a summary but if someone is interested in doing please feel free to do so.
