Individual shall have: * Minimum of 10 years related experience in Brownfields development or comparable background; * Proficient in developing new business including preparation of proposals, negotiations, preparation of project instructions, client liason and program management. * Established relationships in Northern California and other areas with developers, lawyers, real estate professionals, insurance companies and related professional organizations; * Ability to recognize and prioritize sites based on potential investment return; * Excellent communication skills; * Ability to interface with client, community leaders, and provide guidance in complex issues involving permitting, development, operation and maintenance of environmentally impaired properties; * Recognized and respected leader within the industry, present papers at National Conferences, Chairs committees. Education: Chemical, Civil, Environmental Engineering or equivalent in combination with MBA or comparable background. Understanding of risk assessment principals.
