Project Manager Pennsylvania Environmental Council, a statewide environmental membership advocacy organization and Phoenix Land Recyling Company, a non-profit brownfields development organization, seek a well-organized person and self starter with prior work experience in community economic development, especially relating to redevelopment of brownfield sites. Individual will oversee the implementation of a new program designed to train and provide continuing assistance to CDC's looking to redevelop brownfields sites in their service areas. Primary responsibilities will be to design a training program, recruit trainees, oversee continuing mentoring program staffed by seasoned environmental professionals, administer small grant program for Phase I assessments, and assist CDC's in identifying and obtaining funds for redevelopment effort. This is a full time position, available immediately, salary commensurate with experience, full benefits.
