help: article I'm writing

I am writing an article on brownfield redevelopment for a magazine whose
readership includes many CFOs.  The article will include references to the
current market for brownfield redevelopment as well as a discussion about
the influences of insurance and SOP 96-1 in creating corporate real estate
strategies.

I would be interested in reviewing, for possible inclusion in the article,
current and past market examples of significant brownfield redevelopment.  I
would also be interested in knowing about particular examples of market
innovation.
