As part of our on-going legislative updates, I have added a synopsis of 
S.2700; you can compare its provisions with some of the other bills out 
there, especially on the House side -- one of them will have get through
on the Hosue side so a conference committee can be named.  It will be on
our web site tomorrow 6/20... nemw.org, then click on "federal legislative
proposals" under "publications on line."
