Subject: | [CPEO-BIF] CPEO-Brownfields Reading List Suggestion |
Laura and everyone, Since, as just pointed out by Emery Graham, environmental insurance is an important brownfields topic, I suggest going to the publications on our web site: www.riskinsurance.com If you click on publications, there should be a list of six articles I have written on the new environmental insurance products and how they get used most effectively in brownfields transactions. Most of the articles were published in law journals, but the two called "Tailored to Fit" and "Finding a Good Tailor," which were published in Brownfields News are the best introductions to the subject. In addition, there is an article which I can't put on the web site that was published in the New York State Bar Association Environmental Law Section quarterly journal on "Environmental Insurance for Brownfields Redevelopment." It has charts comparing the cost cap and liability policies of the 5 major carriers. If you give me a call or e-mail me, I will send you a copy.
