This is a good opportunity to announce that my book BROWNFIELDS LAW AND
PRACTICE: THE CLEANUP AND REDEVELOPMENT OF CONTAMINATED LAND has just been
expanded from two to three volumes.  The first volume comprehensively
covers relevant federal law and other general principles; volumes two and
three have a lengthy chapter on the brownfields laws of each of the 50
