Dear Brownfield Afficionados, 
I'm writing an article for my organization's newsletter about 
best state brownfield practices. The focus is institutional controls. I'm
soliciting examples of state programs with effective systems to regulate
the use of institutional controls (primarily deed restrictions). These may
include public disclosure, public notification in the newspaper,
notification to tenants and construction workers, filing the deed
restriction in multiple places, etc. There may also be state brownfield
programs that do not permit the use of institutional controls at all, and
I'd be v. interested to hear about these as well.
