[CPEO-BIF] Brownfields Update

It appears that the House is set to approve legislation (H.R. 2869) on 
Brownfields later this evening. The bill combines House approved 
language 
providing small businesses relief from Superfund liability and 
Senate-approved language which reforms the brownfields program.
