The California Center for Land Recycling (CCLR) is pleased to present:

Creating Vibrant Communities: Redeveloping California's Brownfields

This full day workshop, newly updated for 2003, covers all aspects of
brownfield redevelopment, including sessions on legal and liability
issues, environmental site assessments, remediation technologies,
environmental insurance and financing. This very practical, interactive
workshop provides you with the tools, techniques and resources required
for on-time, on-budget
project management. Successfully recycling abandoned or underutilized
properties requires unique knowledge and skills, and this workshop is
designed specifically to meet the needs of those involved in
redeveloping environmentally impacted properties. This is a very popular
training, and class size is limited, so please register today!

The California Center for Land Recycling (CCLR or "see clear") is a
statewide nonprofit that repairs fractured communities and discourages
urban sprawl through creative private, public and nonprofit
partnerships. Our work is accomplished through training, technical
assistance and small grants for communities who are attempting to turn
around vacant or environmentally
distressed properties.
