[CPEO-BIF] Travel Scholarships

The travel scholarship application deadline for Brownfields 2003 has
been extended to Friday, July 18, 2003.  These scholarships are for
community-based stakeholders involved in the cleanup and redevelopment
of brownfields who want to attend Brownfields 2003, October 27-29, in
Portland Oregon.
