The International City County Managers Association, (ICMA) has placed
the Call for Presentations for "Brownfields 2004, Gateway to
Revitalization" online!  ICMA is the lead non-Federal co-sponsor for
this event.  Now is your chance to be a part of the dynamic educational
program for the 9th annual brownfields conference in historic St. Louis,
Missouri, September 20-22, 2004.

The Call for Presentations deadline is March 31st.  Submit your
presentation ideas now to help ICMA shape the format and content of this
premiere event.
