IBM/Endicott Settlement Talks Blake Smith WBNG 12 (NY) July 20, 2004 Endicott property owners and others who live and work around IBM are concerned about their home values, and their health. But, instead of suing IBM right now, they're holding off, hoping to reach a settlement with the company. Action News talked exclusively with Philip Johnson, a lawyer with Levene Gouldin and Thompson of Vestal. The group is one of 7 law firms representing hundreds of people in Endicott.
