Brownfield redev. in Mich. is also the redevelopment of contaminated site
that have not necessarily received credits, grants or tax rebates.  If this
is ok then you can check the Michigan Dept. of Env Quality database for the
number of Baseline Environmental Assemsnets, both disclosed or petitioned
for affirmation to obtain the total.   Within the land redevelopment page
you can search for staff contacts who can provide historical information.

I am looking for some statistics on brownfield redevelopment, either state
by
state or nationally. Do you or any of your CPEO colleagues know where to
obtain relative up-to-date estimates on redevelopment of BF sites (rough is
fine)?  Also, I would love to get a subset of that information, which is
how
many of those projects CDCs were involved in.
