[CPEO-BIF] BNA Audioconference On Cooper v. Aviall Ruling

BNA will conduct an audioconference March 2 on the U.S.
Supreme Court's landmark ruling limiting the availability of
contribution claims under the federal superfund statute,
Cooper Industries v. Aviall Services Inc. In this 90-minute
session, a three-member panel of experts will provide unique
