>From the Cal/EPA Brownfields Program Listserv If you haven't yet done so, mark your calendars and register to attend one of the Brownfields workshops that Cal/EPA, DTSC, and the Water Boards are offering on the use of the California Land Reuse and Revitalization Act 2004 (AB 389) and the California Human Health Screening Levels (CHHSLs). They are FREE, and are being offered in the following locations: LOS ANGELES Tuesday, April 5, 2005 Ronald Reagan State Office Building Auditorium 300 South Spring Street Los Angeles, CA 90013 SACRAMENTO Wednesday, April 13, 2005 Cal/EPA Headquarters Building Byron Sher Auditorium 1001 "I" Street, 2nd Floor Sacramento, CA 95812 OAKLAND Thursday, April 14, 2005 San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board Auditorium 1515 Clay Street, Suite 1400 Oakland, CA 94612 Each workshop consists of two sessions. Session 1, from 9:00am until 12:00pm, will provide information on the provisions of AB 389 and guidance on its use. Session 2, from 1:30pm until 4:30pm, will provide information on CalEPA's new screening levels and guidance on their use. Participants may attend either or both of these sessions.
