[CPEO-BIF] Little NEPA Conference

The First Annual "Little NEPA Conference: State-Level Environmental
Impact Assessment" will be held May 30, 2005 in Cambridge,
Massachusetts.  It was organized by the American Bar Association as part
of the annual convention of the International Association for Impact
Assessment.  Panelists will discuss the jurisdiction and review
thresholds for little NEPAs; the scope of environmental impact
assessments; the preparation of assessment documents; and
post-assessment procedures, such as monitoring, ADR, and litigation.  A
