[CPEO-BIF] IRF's first week

The Installation Reuse Forum, CPEO's new newsgroup devoted to base
closure, cleanup, transfer, and reuse, has just completed its first
week. If you don't subscribe to that list, but you would like to know
what we've been sending out, go to the archives page at
http://www.cpeo.org/pipermail/installation_reuse_forum/.

The trial subscription period will continue for the next month at least.
To sign up, send a reply e-mail with "IRF Sub" in the subject line. Make
sure we have your correct e-mail address, and let us know whether you
wish to receive individual messages or the daily digest. Finally, if
applicable, please note your affiliation.
