[CPEO-BIF] Regarding freguency of Brownfields Conf

I would love just to go once but can't afford the
travel and other expenditures. I live in the
California Central Coast, but am not a "group"
although 3 of us were a group at one time and the
other 2 quit to join the peace movement. The
scholarships seem to be just for groups, and not for
individuals. If anyone knows of someone(s) on the
Central Coast interested in 630,000 pounds of rocket
fuel being loaded and unloaded on an Atlas rocket,
ammonium perchlorate used on EVERY rocket launch out
of Vandenberg AFB, munitions testing, unexploded
ordnances etc., let me know. Maybe we can form a group
and go to the Brownfields Conference.
