A clarification for Sheila and everyone else ...

The travel scholarships for the national Brownfields conference are 
available to individuals. The problem is that the application deadline 
has passed and the scholarships have been awarded.

I believe it would help recruit community stakeholders to attend the 
conference if the deadline were closer to the event.
