State lends $400,000 toward Dracut brownfield reclamationBoston Business Journal December 15, 2005 The owners of a brownfields site in Dracut this week received a $400,000 loan from MassDevelopment to redevelop a former wool mill complex into a mixed-use development called Beaver Brook Village.
